Foodie Friday: Brussels Sprouts & Thai Grilled Chicken

Adam hates Brussels Sprouts, I love them. So whenever I make them, I get to hoard them for myself. This time I tried a new recipe for braised Brussels sprouts in a mustard butter sauce. It was delicious! The sprouts were nice and tender and had good flavor. I would definitely make it again!

Another great recipe we tried for the first time recently was Thai Grilled Chicken with Cilantro Dipping Sauce from Food & Wine. While the Cilantro Dipping Sauce was good, it was in no way necessary and I'll probably skip it the next time I make this dish. The Thai Grilled Chicken itself was nice and moist with great flavor. Adam and I both loved it. Though if you don't like cilantro, this recipe is not for you.
