To make up for last week, I will share two good meals we had this week.
1. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
For this I made some Casear dressing from scratch. The recipe I followed was okay, but I will probably look for a different one next time. Adam grilled up some chicken for the salad, and we had grilled garlic bread on the side. It was delicious.
2. Margherita Pizza (sort of)
Adam made his delicious pizza crust from scratch, and we topped it with fresh mozzarella, basil and garlic. He put red sauce on his, while I put olive oil on mine. We also switched it up and added turkey pepperoni. We forgot to put tomato on until it was already in the oven, so we skipped it. The crust was thin, crunchy, and awesome.
