Our flight wasn't until 1:26, so we enjoyed catching up on our sleep.
Then we went down to the Wildlife Preserve where I took a few shots.
We packed up, and made our way down to the parking ramp around 11. On our way to the airport, we drove down Las Vegas Boulevard. I was a bit snap happy, as usual.
Monte Carlo -
Excalibur -
The Luxor -
We made a quick stop at the famous Las Vegas sign,
but the line was huge so we settled for a shot from far away. Next time!
We said our last goodbyes to the fun convertible, and took the rental shuttle over to the airport. There we each grabbed something quick to eat (Qdoba burrito for Adam, pretzel for me), and waited for our flight.
Soon after take off, we could see Lake Mead and the Valley of Fire which we had visited the day before. Super cool.
We had a nice flight other than the guy sitting behind us who TALKED IN A LOUD VOICE THE ENTIRE TIME. Like for real. I could not wait to get off that plane. After three hours of non-stop chatter I was about ready to lose it. And we weren't the only ones in the vicinity to be annoyed by it either...
Chester and Adam's dad picked us up at the airport. It was a great trip, but it was also nice to be home!
