Happy New Year!

I had to work New Year's Eve, but Adam had the day off and spent it fishing with a work buddy. They caught a ton of perch and had a great time.

Back at home, we made a special NYE dinner together consisting of champagne risotto, lobster tail, and grilled asparagus, shrimp, and garlic bread. And we definitely had some bubbly as well.

 I even got out the china we received for our wedding. It was a lot of fun, delicious and romantic!

Adam was beat from all the fresh air all day, so we had a nice evening in.

On New Year's Day, we slept in and enjoyed having the day off. We even took down the Christmas tree. Chester was a big help with this task, of course.

We're looking forward to another great year in 2013!
