Foodie Friday: Green Chilli

This week we tried a new recipe - Green Chili. We have a surplus of tomatillos and I've been looking for different ways to use them. The original recipe I found called for pork roast and to be cooked in a slow cooker all day, so we amended it a bit. We cooked it on the stove and used ground turkey instead. It turned out really well though. It included roasted jalepenos, tomatillos, Anaheim peppers and onions. Both Adam and I would have preferred it to be a bit more spicy though.

It doesn't look the most appetizing, but it had good flavor
