I had saved some ham from our dinner on Sunday to have crêpes this week. I heated up the ham on the stove, and sliced up some smoked gruyère cheese to put in it. I did take the easy way out on the crêpe batter and used some of the mix I bought when we bought the crêpe maker. All I had to add was some cold water and eggs, and then whisk it together.
I'm pretty horrible at making these, so Adam had that duty. He's good at it.
They were delicious! And it was a pretty quick meal. Next time, I'll make a nice Béchamel or Mornay sauce to put over the top. YUM!
I had some chocolate crêpe mix that Adam gave me for Christmas that I wanted to use for dessert, but we were too full. Maybe another night!
