Foodie Friday: Garden Lettuce

This week, we enjoyed salads with lettuce from our garden. It was so tender and delicious! I made a homemade vinaigrette with lemon, dijon, garlic, olive oil and a little honey. Yum!

Don't mind the weeds... they sprang up after all the rain we've been getting!

We decided next year we'll plant a lot more lettuce! It's awesome.
